The end is near....

Hi everybody. Man what a hectic few days for all us Zaber devs, llamas and other more or less malicious critters we keep around the offices here. We are in the midst of moving to a new location in Denmark which is very exciting. The only drawback is that everything is a mess and that we are severely backlogged - Sorry about the slow response to support emails these days guys - Bear with us!

Anyway, the final release of PimpFish v1 or PimpFish 2005 as we call it in-house (as you can guess the next version will be officially labeled PimpFish 2006) has come and gone more or less smoothly. We are still struggling to finish up the last things on our website and stuff before we go completely live however. By this I mean adding PimpFish to download.com and other download sites and send out our press release.

This should all be fine and dandy sometime within the next few weeks however and after _that_ the real fun begins. I can reveal as much as there is a FireFox version of the toolbar in the works! Yep, we actually have a basic toolbar up and running and are working like mad to make it just as cool as the IE version. So, stay tuned and sign up for our newsletter to get news on that front.

Furthermore there will be tons of freaky and exciting things going on with the PimpFish website. Contests, weird new ways of paying for a license and more. We like freaky stuff, so why not share with all you guys? ;)

On another note then I would like to say a million thanks to all the folks out there who helped us out with the BETA testing phase. A lot of people wrote in with comments and suggestions and a lot of ground was covered in those few weeks. Hopefully this means a cooler, smoother product for all you downloader freaks out there :) - With that in mind: You top 3 reporters out there will get a small goodie from us. As soon as we figure out what it will be and get around to ship it off that is ;) ... You'll get a note from us by then.

Well yours truly is going to go back to the new office and continue setting up gear and painting the walls neon-green (research shows this is a very developer-friendly color... It keeps them calm and prevents unprovoked fits of rage which result in cola being spilled on our precious keyboards) - Untill the next time:
Keep sending in them emails - We love all the feedback we can get. Both positive and negative :)

Bye bye now...
